29 Pieces expects every associate to assume responsibility for individual and organizational safety. We expect each associate to conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all local, state, and federal safety and health regulations and program standards, as well as with any special safety concerns for use in a particular area or in a school, community area or with a collaborating partner. 

Each person associated with 29 Pieces’ programs and projects has the responsibility to identify and familiarize her/himself with the emergency plan for his or her working area. When in a  facility, associates will review any posted emergency plan that details procedures for handling emergencies such as fire, weather-related events and medical crises. 

Failure to follow 29 Pieces safety and health guidelines or engaging in conduct that places any person or property at risk can lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
